40 year old female patient who was unhappy with the excess skin on her arms. She didn't like how it made it hard to wear shirts and made clothes fit poorly. She underwent a standard arm lift (brachioplasty). This greatly reduced the size of her arms and removed the extra skin. The scar is well hidden most times and she's thrilled with her results.
