We journeyed with our patient, a 38-year-old woman who was seeking improved contour and comfort through an arm lift and lipedema surgery. Her decision to undergo these procedures was rooted in a desire to not only improve aesthetic shape but to gain relief from the discomfort caused by lipedema. Being of very light skin tone, she also hoped to regain a proportional appearance that would highlight her love for a healthy, active lifestyle.
