This patient desired the most skin removal possible, and has no issues with scarring. We did a fleur-de-lis style abdominoplasty to remove the maximum amount of skin. She is pictured here at 6 months. Even though she would have been a candidate for a traditional abdominoplasty, she elected to proceed with the vertical scar because scars didn't bother her and more skin could be removed that way.
